Karnataka CET 2009 on April 29 & 30
The Karnataka CET examinations will not be scrapped and will continue for the time being. Karnataka CET will be now conducted in 2 days. CET 2009 will be conducted on April 29 and 30, 2009. There will be a common time table for the PU examinations.
The counseling process will be decentralized and will be conducted in 2 more cities apart from Bangalore. Around 1600 engineering and 600 seats have remained vacant for CET 2008. There may be a 10% quota for defence employees.
