FMS 2009 Test will be conducted today across various centers in India. Here is the detailed information about the test. There were 175 questions to be attempted in 120 minutes. Total marks for the exam is 700. There is 1 negative mark for wrong answers.
The FMS 2009 test was on the tougher side as compared to the previous year’s exam. Here is the sectional information of the test-
According to TCY the possible cutoff for FMS-MBA would be around 300+ and FMS-MBA (Management of Services) will be around 270+

What are the Test Prep Centers’ observation on FMS 2009?
CareerForum: They have rated the paper difficulty as average or above average. This was a lengthy paper with lot read and solve in less time.
- Questions on DS were absent
- Quantitative sections was tougher than last year
- Some questions on higher mathematics was included
- VA and RC were put in separate sections
- Some questions in VA were literature based/classical vocabulary which was difficult to crack
- 5 lengthy passages with 7 questions each
