Deposite a fee of Rs.250/- (Rs.50/- for SC/ST/PH/XS) in any CBS branch of SBI and pay the amount on prescribed format for credit in the A/c No. 30472368053 and get cash receipt with unique deposit journal number, which is to be submitted along with the application.
