CSIR Recruits Section Officer & Exe. Assistant

The Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR), an autonomous body under the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India invites application for vacant post of Section Officer (43 posts) and Executive Assistant (90 posts). Candidates must apply in the prescribed form available on CSIR website from June 20, 2009 onwards. Provision also exists for online submission of applications, guidelines for which are available in the CSIR website.

A bachelor degree of a recognized in any discipline and successful completion of 1 year diploma course in computer. The candidates will be selected through an All India Competitive online examination comprising a Preliminary and a Main examination followed by an interview & personality test. Candidates who qualify in the Prelims will be allowed to appear in main exam. Shortlisted candidates from the Main exam will be called for interview & personality test.
