Online Application JMET 2010; Test on Dec 13
Joint Management Entrance Test (JMET ) is the first step in the process of admission to the 2 year Postgraduate Degree Programmes in Management offered by the IITs. Currently IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Madras, and IIT Roorkee offer programmes in Management.
JMET 2010 Application Form has to be submitted ONLINE. ONLINE submission of application can be done by accessing the website of any of the IITs or IISc. There are two modes of applying based on the method of fee payment that you choose. 1) By Core Banking 2) By Demand Draft
The application fee is Rs.350/- for SC/ST/PD candidates and Rs. 750/- for all other candidates. After applying ONLINE, there are some documents that you will have to post to the “Chairman, GATE Office, IISc Bangalore-560012″.
Candidates will be required to appear in a single paper of three hours duration. The examination will be held from 10:00 hrs to 13:00 hrs on Sunday, December 13, 2009. The question paper will be in English only. Before applying for JMET 2010, candidates must assure themselves that they are eligible to seek admission to the specific programme they are interested in.
