Unified Council NSTSE 2010 Exam Pattern & Syllabus
NSTSE is a diagnostic test which actually helps students improve and try only to find out how much a child knows (or has memorized), NSTSE measures how well a student has understood concepts and gives detailed feedback on the same, to help them improve.
For the students of classes II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI & XII National Level Science Talent Search Examination NSTSE 2010 will be held on 31-01-2010. Last date for receiving applications for NSTSE-2010 is extended up to 15-10-2009.
There will be a separate question paper for each class. The medium of the exam will be in English only. All questions are in objective-type with no negative marking for wrong answers. No. of Questions : 100 Marks : 100 & Duration : 90 minutes. (For Class III : Question Paper consists of 75 questions only & 75 marks).
Students desirous of referring to previous years’ Question Papers should add Rs. 40 for a set of 3 Question Papers. This set is a combination of previous NSTSE Question Papers/ model Question Papers. NSTSE will be based on the CBSE syllabus.
