Vijaya Bank Recruits 500 Probationary Clerks

Vijaya Bank, Fast Growing Public Sector Bank invites applications (On-Line only) from young & dynamic Candidates who are looking for a challenging work environment and progressive career, for recruitment to the 500 posts of Probationary Clerks in Clerical Cadre.

Closing date for On-Line Registration: 01.10.2009
Last date for receipt of On-Line Application : 8.10.2009
Tentative date for Written Examination: 20.12.2009

Selection will be on the basis of written test and interview. The written test will consist of an objective test as well as a Descriptive test. Objective test consist of 50 questions each from Reasoning Ability, Numerical Aptitude, Test of Clerical Aptitude & Test of English Language.

Only those candidates who have secured the minimum qualifying marks stipulated for Written Test (i.e., Objective as well as Descriptive) shall be called for interview at the maximum ratio of 1:3 (1:5 in case of reserved categories) depending upon their ranking as per the marks obtained by them in written test.
