LIC India 5578 ADO Recruitment March 2010

Online Applications are invited from eligible candidates for selection and appointment as Apprentice Development Officers (ADO) in the various Offices of LIC of India. Approximately 5578 posts of Apprentice Development Officers (ADO) are proposed to be filled in by the Offices under the jurisdiction of 8 Zonal Offices.

1. Central Zonal Office, Bhopal : 415 posts
2. South Central Zonal Office, Hyderabad : 685 posts
3. North Central Zonal Office - Kanpur : 718 posts
4. East Central Zonal Office,Patna : 614 posts
5. Southern Zonal Office, Chennai : 634 posts
6. Western Zonal Office, Mumbai : 1072 posts
7. Eastern Zonal Office,Kolkata : 713 posts
8. North Zonal Office, Delhi : 727 posts

Selection will be made on the basis of a written test on Sunday, 13/06/2010 followed by an Interview of candidates who qualify in the written test which will be of objective type, multiple choice of two hours duration comprising of the following two papers: 1. Test of Reasoning and Numerical Ability. 2. General Knowledge, Current Affairs and English Language with Special emphasis on Grammar and Vocabulary.

Application Fee : Rs. 300/- (No fee for SC/ST) by Fees Payment Challan only at any LIC Office. The receipt should be kept with yourself and should be produced at the time of written test.
