Top 10 Tips for AIEEE 2010 Examination

Tomorrow is the big days for most of the guys and gals. AIEEE entrance examination will held on April 25 across various centers in India. This is one of the prestegious entrance exam to get admission to top engineering colleges in India. About 12 lakh candidates will be attempting the exam tomorrow.

Here are some tips for your important day:

Make sure that you keep you pen, pencil, erasers etc ready well in advance.
Keep you hall ticket also with you in bag
Start early from your home tomorrow to the exam center. Its better to go early and relax at the exam center then rushing in the last minute
Time management is key. Make sure that you answer what you know in allotted time.
Last year the format of exam was changed a bit. Expect surprises this time also. Most likely there will be 30 questions for every section/subject.
90 questions in 180 minutes means roughly 2 minutes for every questions. Some questions be easy, so you do not need 2 minutes for such questions. Plan not to spend more than 3-4 minutes on difficult questions.
Answer easier questions based on your knowledge. This will boost your confidence level
As there is negative marking for wrong answers. Be careful when u answer the questions you are not sure of. There are 12 lakh candidates, 1 wrong answer will affect your rank. Use your judgment. Please do not mark more than 1 response in your answer sheet.
It is advised not to learn a lot of things in the last minute. Do not change any plans of studying in the last minute. You have taken enough mock tests and by now you know what to learn on the last few hours before the exam.
Final tip is the relax and be calm before the exam. Do not panic if you do not know the answer of a question. Mark and come back to it later.
